Buck put in for tickets to the final 4 and was drawn so we had a weekend trip to New Orleans. What a trip it was! The director of Housing knocked it out of the park with the Airbnb!

There was a 3 on 3 tournament that we went to watch. Ryan Hawkins was there and his team lost the game we watched. After the game I bet he visited with us for thirty minutes. I had talked to him one time at NWMSU after a game but it was extremely short.

We made a trip to Lockport on Sunday the down day to visit Timmy & Jane MEAUX. They treated us to some REALLY good food! When we got back “home” we found a series called The Impossible Route. It was about three dudes who ride bikes. These dudes ride twice as far as the NUMBBUNS guys will ride. Al did comment that we need a drone to get some shots. I told him that The Boy had gotten me an inexpensive one for Christmas and it would be going with us.

When we parted ways at Buck’s house we had a plan to meet in Title Town on Wednesday evening and start our 2+ day drive west Thursday morning.
