“We are on no time schedule”. Breakfast opened at. 6:30.& we left the hotel at 0700.

The plate of cookies was handed to Alan frOM the back seat to the front seat. The plate was tapped In his shoulder and he hit it like a Northern Pike on a Daredevil!

“I think the reality will hit me tomorrow as we are mounting up.”

After lunch we passed a sign notifying us we were passing the 45th parallel.

When we passed the exit for Kennewick, The Pie Specialist said that they have excellent pie there. Then he said that wasn’t the name of the town.

We stopped for gas in Vancouver WA. At 1815 Big Al said this is getting real.

“I’m sorry for what I’ve gotten you in to.”

Took a tour of part of Day 2 ride.

We “missed” our turn to the hotel and got to preview the ride for Day 2. BEAUTIFUL Views, Large boats…looks like there could be some wildlife spotted.
