Since The President showed up unexpectedly yesterday & we played cards most of the afternoon/evening, they thought maybe today they’d find one of the nicest golf courses in the area to enjoy a “day off”. The guys got taken off just before 0830 east of Ortonville with a temperature of 57°.

They took a break at 15 miles and met Rhe President at 30 miles, in Benson. The golf course was closed, we thought maybe high water OR storm damage.

They decided to ride another 30 miles to Willmar MN and re-evaluate. The forecast doesn’t look to be favorable to ride tomorrow. They wanted sections of 13, 12, & 11 miles to get there.

After a couple of short breaks they arrived in Willmar MN. They were told they could golf but had to be off the course by 1630. The 1st motel they inquired about had no vacancy due to a sheriff’s convention. The 2nd one also was a strike out. They found an Airbnb. They then proceeded to the Valley Golf Course for a quick round.
